Song Hia focuses on improving public services through technology tools as a product and program manager. He has a decade of experience working at the intersection of emerging media and technology for public radio, creative studios, and startups and is an alumnus of New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) and Johns Hopkins University.
