Claire Hentschker is a Brooklyn based artist interested in digitally memorializing fleeting moments in time. She primarily works with photogrammetry and found footage. Distancing her work from photorealism, Hentschker embraces the digital artifacts that result from her process of preserving and reconstructing memories of spaces that no longer exist. Her work becomes a virtual tour through new and bizarre landscapes that are almost the shape of something that is missing, built from the impression it has left behind.
