Royal Roads University came up with an innovative means of connecting with prospective students by using LinkedIn to show them what their future selves could look like with a RRU education. The university created fictional LinkedIn profiles of the prospects, showing them details of their career advancement. The campaign also allowed prospects to connect with a future mentor (RRU alumnus) and virtually tour the campus and attend a lecture while wearing Google Glass.
