Kind snacks built a custom Facebook algorithm designed to allow users to find new followers who are the most different from themselves. Once a user accumulated 10 of these new “stranger” followers, the user could pop their bubble and discover a new Facebook user feed populated with thoughts, opinions, and daily life updates far different than what they were used to seeing.
