Cricket Wireless – Live Social Press Junket

To promote a holiday offer of its wireless services, Cricket Wireless invited Facebook users to participate in the world’s first live stream of animated characters, who interacted with Facebook users by answering questions in real time. The brand created a short, animated film starring its branded heroes, and launched the film with a live stream of the animated characters participating in a press junket hosted by Hollywood reporter Mario Lopez.

The live stream press junket captured more than 5 million views and 11 million impressions.
