Monash University – SIP Safe

To combat sexual assaults resulting from drink spiking, Monash University developed a wristband to detect drugs in drinks. Sip Safe wristbands change color if a drop of liquid has levels of ketamine or GHB in it. They launched the item at Australia’s widespread school leaver parties, before distributing to universities, night venues and festivals around the country.
